Workout of the Day
5×1 Snatch @ 90%
Note:  The above workout means 5 sets of 1 Snatch using 90% of your Snatch 1-rep max.  If you don’t know your 1-rep max for the Snatch find it instead of doing this part of the workout. 

Experienced athletes possessing excellent movement should receive the barbell in a squat.  Less experienced athletes or those with thoracic spine and hip mobility issues should perform the Power Snatch.  Athletes with less than 3 months experience should perform the Hang Power Snatch.
Conditioning

5 rounds for total time of:

25 KB Swings 24/16kg
15 Burpees

Rest 1 minute in between rounds
