We were visited by Joe Lopresti of KETTLEBELL KITCHEN yesterday morning. Joe explained the benefit of using Kettlebell Kitchen. Joe then announced he had a gift card for the CrossFit Suffolk member who could do the most kettlebell swings in a minute. Perfect! During the 6:30 am session warm-up we had a 1-Minute Challenge. When the minute was over, Dana walked away with a $75.00 gift certificate to Kettlebell Kitchen! Thank you Joe! Congratulations Dana!
