SORRY…DUE TO THE INCLEMENT WEATHER ALL EVENING SESSIONS (INCLUDING 4PM) ARE CANCELLED.  WE’RE ANTICIPATING THE WEATHER CONDITIONS TO BE EVEN WORSE TOMORROW SO ALL SESSIONS ARE CANCELLED FOR TUESDAY.  THE WEDNESDAY MORNING 6:30-7:30 SESSION IS ALSO CANCELLED.

SHOVEL FOR TIME.  USE GOOD FORM, KEEP YOUR KNEES BENT, DON’T STRAIN YOUR BACK.

      We’re going to close tonight, tomorrow and no 6:30am session on Wednesday. Whoever would like to do today’s WOD on Wednesday will have the opportunity to do so.

      Janie,
      You realize of course that the only people who know what you’re talking about are the people who check my comments on CF Whiteboard. I’m thinking there’s not too many who would check therefore the folks reading these comments are probably thinking, “Wow, that Janie is pretty angry” or “Janie really doesn’t like UPS”. It’s alright Janie…I understand you.
